Mac Miller Links With Pharrell

Mac Miller shared his reaction to the news that his single "Donald Trump" has gone gold. The Pittsburgh indie rapper said that the fact that his single moved 500,000 in sales is an honor and a source of pride, but also admitted that he views the accomplishment as only one on a long road to superstardom.
"It's dope, man - a gold record, that's just an accomplishment," he explained. "I just happy that [the record] was able to go that far, and I'm just looking to build on that and keep growing, and hopefully have more gold records, maybe some platinum ones…it's definitely crazy to see where I was at a year ago and see where I am now, but at the same time, this is what I've dedicated my life to. I wouldn't settle for anything less, [and] I'm not even settling for this now…at the end of the day, this is nothing. I'm just working on building for the next step and to keep growing and take things to the next level."
Mac also shared that he has been working with superproducer Pharrell Williams.
"I did like, two crazy jams with Pharrell," he revealed. "It was dope. He's real good peoples, and I just came in there and we were just vibing. I like making songs from scratch with people. I'm not a big 'send me a beat type guy.' We came up with some real cool sh*t, and we did two joints…he raps on one, and on there other he just did the beat."

Jay-Z & Kanye's Dubai Payday

Kanye West and Jay-Z reportedly received a huge payday to perform at a high-profile birthday party in Dubai. As superduo "The Throne," the hip hop superstars were asked to take the stage for billionaire Manchester City owner Sheikh Mansour's 16 year old sister's birthday party before Christmas.
It is being reported that Jay and Kanye took home slightly under $3 million each for the gig.
Stars ranging from 50 Cent to Nelly Furtado have been paid massive sums of money to perform in the Middle East before, but Jay and Kanye's payday for a one-time gig was an eye-opener. The duo recently wrapped their highly-successful "Watch the Throne" tour.

Paul Wall Not Vying For Moguldom

Paul Wall says that fans shouldn't expect him to make the transition to music executive, despite the successes many other hip hop stars have had behind-the-scenes as industry movers and shakers. Paul says that he's uninterested in 'babysitting' artists, and while the idea of becoming a CEO has intrigued him, he's turned off by the managerial aspects of the industry.
"I thought about it man, but it seems like CEOs, A&Rs and managers are kind of like babysitters and I would hate to have that responsibility," Paul told SOHH. "[Because] for one, to hold another person's career [in my hands], I don't want to steer somebody in the wrong direction. I don't want to f*ck up their career. I see how it is with most artists. With most artists, you have to babysit them. So I don't want to be a babysitter and have to tell another grown man what to do."
"A lot of times with artists, it seems like if you're a CEO or manager and you put your all into somebody, a lot of artists appreciate the hard work you do," Paul added. "They feel like whatever you do, they feel like they expect it and you owe it to them. No matter how much money you spend on them, as soon as you stop spending money, they ain't f*cking with you anymore and I just don't want to get into that. A lot of times you show love and you show love on a regular basis and they just start expecting it and thinking that they deserve it and that you owe them and the love you're giving them. If I did [do the executive thing], it would only be for my own music, me and my friends or if I was really trying to help somebody out. But it's too much of a time investment and too much to ask for. I ain't trying to babysit no artists."

Keri Hilson Not Dating Celebs?

Keri Hilson is interested in dating a famous guy. Or at least, that's what she's saying right now. The R&B singer claims that she has a long list of no-nos when it comes to who she'll spend time with romantically, and celebrities are a big part of her 'No thanks' list.
“I put a lot in that category – rappers, sports players, ball players and things like that," Hilson told EURWeb. "I would never say ‘never,’ but I want something real. I want real love. I don’t want this red carpet Hollywood love. I feel like they’re easily penetrated, and that’s something that I don’t want. I don’t want publicity. I want love."
“I ain’t no dummy. I know that it can work, and I know there is true love in those situations," she says. "But the way that some of them have approached me makes me feel like I would just be a publicity stunt, I guess. It’s like a ‘look’ for us to be together as opposed to ‘Oh, let’s get to know each other and see if it works.’ They just kind of want to move fast and want the world to know and be talked about. And that’s not something that’s appealing to me.”

Beyonce Labor Rumors

The web was buzzing the past few days with rumors that superstar Beyonce had gone into labor. The singer's baby isn't expected to arrive for another few weeks, but that didn't stop Twitter from speculating that Bey was ready to pop at any moment. But the singer has been spotted at several events over the past few days, making it unlikely that she's been anywhere near a hospital.
The world clearly is in high anticipation for the arrival of the bundle of joy--so much so they can't stand to wait until the expected February delivery.
Hubby Jay-Z was seen courtside at a New Jersey Nets game, and while his part-ownership of the team is a huge priority for Hov, we find it hard to believe he'd rather be there than by his wife's bedside.

Drake's New Girlfriend Is...

Drake has made his affections for several female stars well-known. He recently had the late R&B star Aaliyah tattooed on his back, he's spoken at-length about his romantic feelings for fellow Young Money star Nicki Minaj, he briefly dating pop superstar Rihanna last year--but now Drizzy has reportedly decided to settle down.
With Dollicia Bryan.
The Toronto rapper is reportedly 'officially' attached to the famous model. "Yes, Drake & Dollicia are dating," a rep for Bryan told TheYBF. "They're both in L.A. right now spending the Holidays together."
Now that he has a steady girlfriend, maybe he'll stop moping so much on record.

Cymphonique Miller's Show Debuts In Feb

Cymphonique Miller, daughter of hip hop mogul Master P, is debuting her new TV show "How to Rock" on Nickelodeon in February. The show is one of several new series launching on the network.
“I tried everything in my power to stop this girl because this can be a hard, sick business — really easy to get taken advantage of,” Master P told AllHipHop. “I guess you can’t hold raw talent back.”
“We’re hoping for great things from Cymphonique — a big, fat, giant hit,” Margie Cohn, Nickelodeon’s president for original programming added. “That’s what I’ve been working for with this series, so why not say it?”
Cymphonique will also be featured in an eight part video series documenting her journey; and an original pop song “Only You Can Be You” will be featured on the show and is already available on iTunes.

T.I. Discusses Working With Dr. Dre

Rapper T.I. recently shared what its been like working in the studio with legendary superproducer Dr. Dre. Tip told MTV News that the two have been quite productive while working on T.I.'s mixtape and that they play off of each other well.
“Dre was here. He sent for me over to the spot. We really just turned up more than anything else. It was about creating chemistry," he said.
"Of course we can get together, he got hot beats and I got dope rhymes, so we can always get together and make music," he continued. "But for people to feel what we're sayin' and for it to sound like a party comin' through your speakers, you gonna have to create some chemistry. So that's what we spent more time doin' than anything else; developing that chemistry."

Joe Budden Shelves Mixtape

Joe Budden has announced that he will not be releasing his anticipated "Feature Presentation." mixtape. The project was slated to feature several notable rappers and Budden announced the project months ago, but it has been shelved indefinitely.
“I’ll be honest with you… I’m not sure if I’m gonna put that project out,” Joe Budden explained to AllHipHop. “It was a project that I originally wanted to do for the fans because I was extremely passionate and I wanted to reach out to all of these great artists and work with them because I don’t typically have too many features at all.”
Securing many of the features proved to be a hindrance to the project's progress.
“So once I started to do it I remembered why I don’t have too many features. I don’t really have the time with Slaughterhouse and everything happening to chase people for verses or be consistent in trying to get verses from people,” said Joe Budden. “So if it’s not I call you, tell you what I’m doing, and you’re [willing to oblige] and just do a verse and send it," he says. "I can’t really chase too many people…A few people actually did send in verses for songs. Z’ro sent in two or three of them. Blu, Elzhi, Phonte, Yela, Emilio Rojas but I am gonna still do these songs and release them. I’m just not certain what project that will be.”

Big Sean On G.O.O.D. Compilation:

G.O.O.D. Music's Big Sean says that his label's long-awaited compilation is very close to completion. Sean told MTV News that the label's roster is heading over to London to finish recording the project, but that they are definitely in the home stretch.
“So, me, Kanye, Cudi, CyHi, John Legend, Common, Pusha T, everybody on G.O.O.D., Mr Hudson: We're all working on a new project; it's almost done,” he said. “We're going to London to finish it up and do the last part of it and working on my album at the same time with 'Ye and everybody."
The album is expected to drop in the spring, though no official release date has been set. Sean is also expected to release his sophomore album in the summer of 2012.

Soulja Boy Case Examined By ATF

Rapper Soulja Boy was arrested in October 2011 in Temple, GA for marijuana possession and it is being reported that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives considered taking on his case. Three other individuals who were arrested following a police search of the vehicle face a number of charges.
Officers found handguns, thousands of dollars in cash and more than five ounces of marijuana. The other three men, Dontay Lamar Bates, Camron Wagner and James Raymond Smith, were all charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm.
“This office has not charged a defendant named DeAndre Cortez Way, a/k/a Soulja Boy,” Yvette Comer, representative of the U.S. District Attorney’s Office said. “Otherwise, we do not confirm or deny federal investigations in any matters.”
“There were some initial discussions about taking it federal, but it didn’t make any federal guidelines,” said John Murphy, special agent for the Drug Enforcement Agency’s Atlanta Field Division. “As far as the drugs, it was five ounces of marijuana, that wouldn’t even register on a federal level. If you’ve got a rapper that could show legitimate income, that could be contested as being legitimate income, and without a substantial amount of drugs, we didn’t have anything that would rate a federal drug charge on that.”

Big Sean Is Crushing On Nicki Minaj?

Big Sean was discussing the recent top-secret Victoria's Secret showcase when he revealed just how big his crush on Nicki Minaj is right now.
Let's just say Sean would like to show her some affection.
"You know Nicki Minaj was there, too," Sean told DJ Whoo Kid, who then asked him what he was trying to infer by mentioning Nicki. "Nothing, I'm just saying. [laughs] She looks great, man. She looks very good. Big ups to her."
Whoo Kid then asked if he would kiss her famous derriere under the mistletoe. "Man, I would kiss it if it wasn't under a mistletoe!" Sean said with a laugh. "I would kiss it in the shower. Yeah."

Pill's Lengthy Twitter Rant

Pill may be denying rumors that he was dropped from Maybach Music, but that didn't stop the rapper from posting an extensive rant on Twitter listing his accomplishments and pointing out that his label hasn't exactly supported him thus far.
"No TV and No Radio.. U do the math. I bet u can name you favorite artist and the turn on the tv and see the video and hear it on the radio. It’s not rocket science. Radio and TV b4 I had a deal, none after and u ask why Pill ain’t blew all the way up," he tweeted. "Artist sign deals, label doesnt do shit for them or don’t even know to work the artist. time wasted. Ask Wiz Khalifa what Warner Bros did for him. I’ll wait.. dropped em. Atlantic signed em put em on TV and Radio and he sky rocketed."
"Mind you, whn I signed I had one of the biggest records in 09′ “Trap Goin Ham” never touched TV never touched radio," Pill added. "Now go back and do your research and see what unsigned artist was neck n neck with Drake’s So Far Gone in 09′ Pill 4180: The Prescription. If I remember tht list correctly. It was Nicki Minaj, Drake, Pill, Wayne, Jeezy. Nw what the hell ws a new cumber like me doin on that list? Because IM DOPE!! That’s why, u ain’t gotta believe it but I know it and won’t ever stop until I get that spot I deserve. Peace. Thanx."
"Top 10 freshman cover of the New Times, unsigned hype MTV fire starter cover Creative Loafing, German magazine’s, French radio, Jimmy kimmel," the rant continued. "Did a movie with Evan Ross and Brittany Snow, Had a documentary air at the UN summit in Geneva, Switzerland, Mark Ronson’s album, toured. in London, countless shows in the states, Short Films, etc. and that with No TV or Radio. Now imagine some push and TV and radio would do."

Kat Stacks Wants To Change

You knew it was coming.
With infamous incarcerated supergroupie Kat Stacks' name popping up in interviews with hip hop notables like Slim Thug and DJ Whoo Kid recently, it was only a matter of time before Stacks herself spoke up. Kat Stacks tweeted some updated info to her followers this week, saying that she plans to change her ways.
"Its time to settle down, i've been running around for too long.," she tweeted. "i've seen it & done it all in my life. im tired of experiencing the world."
"i wanna be a square & live the L7 life. when i was a hustler i use to envy squares cause even though they had less money, they were happy. money cant buy happiness," she continued. "Just look at me, i got people with money & power supporting me but it cant give me freedom. when you're broke you're blessed with reality, when you're rich yo live in a fantasy world & every body/thing around you is plastic. i even had a Senator put in a word for me & the courts still didnt let me go"

Common Dismissed Chelsea Handler?

Common appeared on "Chelsea Lately" last week, so of course, there are now questions of whether or not he put the moves on host Chelsea Handler. Handler's taste for rapper's has been well-documented, but the Chicago emcee says nothing happened between the two.
It doesn't seem like he was all that interested in Ms. Chelsea.
"Nah, I ain't touch down with that. I just kept it moving, [laughs]," Common told DJ Whoo Kid. "Why, you want that? You want that? One of y'all want that 'Chelsea Lately'? I don't want that. Yeah, yeah, I gave her a little nice hug, one she felt. [laughs] Yeah."

Rihanna Steamy, Sexy, Hot, Pure Beauty Rolling Stone OutTakes

Earlier this year, pop superstar Rihanna graced the cover of Rolling Stone. Apparently, the photo shoot was too hot for print and some of them ended up on the editorial desk. Now you can finally see the ones that didn't make the cut.

Take a look.

This two-piece has single-handedly redefined the word "denim."
Her tank top and panties set may be one of the reasons why this was considered too HOT for print!
Are those boy shorts painted on? YES!
And here she's clad in an amazing pair of heels with studded embellishments and an open toe. Rih quickly turns a vacation destination into a high fashion editorial.
Did you peep the chain belt add-ons detailing the bikini bottom? Owww!
Flawless.

Get the point?

50 Cent Dismisses T.I. 'Beef'

50 Cent and T.I. had a brief war of words last month on Twitter; following 50 Cent's assertion that Tip's wife, Tiny, should have taken the rap for the 2010 drug possession charges that landed T.I. back in jail for a year. Although T.I. balked at 50's commentary, 50 Cent says that the two have put their differences behind them now.
In a recent interview, 50 shared that some acquaintances and a phone call helped end the 'beef' before it ever really boiled over.
“We got mutual friends and I was actually in conversation with one of them, and they were around him,” 50 explained. “I didn’t tell him to get [T.I.] on the phone and [T.I.] didn’t tell him to get me on the phone, it was just there and it was like, 'Yo, you just need to talk to him because you don't know where [his anger] is coming from. We [got] into it and he had a lot of legitimate points.”

Rihanna Director Accused of Stealing Again + You Da One Video Almost 10Million Views

Rihanna and video director Melinda Matsouka are being accused of stealing another video concept. Just months ago, Rihanna settled a lawsuit out of court following allegations from famed photographer Dave LaChapelle sued her for borrowing elements of his work for her "S&M" video. Now photographer Solve Sundsbo is claiming that Rihanna's "You Da One" vid steals concepts from his "2008 Numero 93" photo shoot.
Matsouka directed both "S&M" and "You Da One."
Despite Sundsbo's claims, Rihanna continued to promote the clip. “#YouDaOne video was released a day ago and already has nearly 4 million views,” she tweeted. ” ‘You Da One’ video has 7,060,407 views.”

Diddy, MTV AND Bad Boy Sued?

A man claims that he was hit in the stomach during a 2008 taping of a "Making the Band" has filed a lawsuit.
Against everyone.
Kevin Faraday says he was in the audience at the Hammerstein Ballroom when a man ran onstage between sets and somehow managed to hit him in the stomach with it.
So, of course, Faraday has filed suit. Um. Good luck?

Kreayshawn Vs. Lil B?

Kreayshawn apparently had a beef with Lil B. Old footage has surfaced featuring the Oakland rapper lashing out at Lil B for a perceived diss.
"I don't feel like I've been treated nicely," Kreay says in the video. "I've been shot down, I've been ignored, I've even had people I've done free music videos for tell other people not to work with me. You know, I'm at the club and I'm filming at the club and a guy walks up to me and goes, 'Oh, you know woo-woo-woo?' I could say his name 'cause I don't give a f*ck -- he's like, 'He's been running around telling people not to work with you.' ... I don't talk sh*t about anybody. So when I hear sh*t like this, this sh*t just makes me really mad ... and for Lil B to just ignore me in my face? Come on, I did your face Based music videos. I really supported him -- I feel like I've gone out of my way to help people and trying to get all my sisters on, and just sh*t like that. I feel like I've been working harder for other people than for myself and I feel like it shouldn't be like that."

Big Sean Still Not Mad At Ludacris?

Big Sean still refuses to dive into a war of words with Ludacris. Luda dissed Sean and Drake on his track "Badaboom," but Big Sean isn't taking the bait.
Reitering his stance from earlier this year, Sean wishes Ludacris well and claims he bears no ill will towards the Atlanta rap superstar.
“If somebody says something bad about me, I’m like oh well. But the fact that it was a year later and he’s still hanging onto it," he says. "But you know, it’s all love. I ain’t got nothing against dude at all, for real. I hope he has a great year for real.”

Nicki Minaj's Boyfriend Defends Bentleys

"S/O to my New Bent…Matte Red Only 1 In USA! Continental GT…”Even tho I hate it dey force me to 2get da new bent," he tweeted.
After some fans assumed that Nicki was 'caking' her boy-toy, Scaff decided to make it clear on Facebook that he bought the car with his own money.
"I got ova 600k in insured jewels," he posted. "I think I can afford to buy a Bentley. I shoulda bought a Civic…. LOL all good."

Whoo Kid Blasts Kat Stacks

Kat Stacks' silence has been noted by several hip hop artists and fans as the supergroupie awaits what could be deportation; but one hip hop notable won't miss her. DJ Whoo Kid blasted Stacks' old shenaningans and says the game is better off without her.
"The Kat Stacks sh*t is so f*cking ignorant," DJ Whoo Kid told SOHH. "It's the most ignorant sh*t I've ever seen in my life. I regret watching her [videos] and saying on for three minutes, heairng her talk. She has to be the most ignorant person in the history of this sh*t they call hip-hop. Like, how could you be 'that' ignorant and then you bring your mother into it? Come on. I guess that's why people are watching it. I don't know. I don't need those kind narrow-minded people. I need people who are cool, fashionable, that are into good music, enjoying life and good food, who want to learn. That's what I want to attract. I don't want ignorant idiots. That sh*t's weird. At the end of the day, when people see quality stuff, that's why I'm always booked [for shows], I tour non-stop. It's because I give out quality sh*t. I really like what I'm doing and I do it for my fans."

"Love & Hip Hop's" Erica On Catfight:

"Love & Hip Hop" star Erica Mena claims the catfight between she and fellow cast member Kimbella Vanderhee has hurt her modeling career. She also says the show's editors wanted to portray her as the bad guy.
"My whole image in my career is now affected by this," she told TMZ. "I wanted them to pull this clip because I don’t want to show this side of me."
Does anyone believe any of this is anything more than scripted 'reality?' Or do chicks really hate Kimbella that much?
Maybe a little bit of both.

Pusha T Confirms New Clipse Album

Rapper Pusha T has announced that he and his partner, Malice, will reunite for a fourth album as the Clipse, and the project tentatively will be released in 2013.

Common Inspired By Controversy

Common revealed in an interview with Rolling Stone that his new album, The Dreamer/The Believer was partially inspired by the White House controversy that centered on the rapper back in May.
FOX News took exception to Common being invited to a White House event back in the spring, and Common says that it reinvigorated his desire to stay true to himself.
“Did the FOX News hoopla change anything that I was doing? I can’t say that it did,” he explained. “When it first happened, I was really kind of wondering what was going on, because I was working on this independent film called Luv, and my friend texted me and said, ‘Yo, don’t worry about what they’re saying about you.’ I was thinking it was a rumor like I was dating this girl or that."
“I found out what FOX was saying and it didn’t hit me personally,” he continued. “It was just that I was caught up in this political crossfire, and I looked at it from that perspective.”
“The irony is, I went even more in tune to what I’m about and thought even more with me knowing that I was blessed to go to the White House and blessed to do my poetry at the White House and I still got invited throughout all the hoopla. I realize that I’m a Hip Hop artist who has to express my freedom to speak and my style and who I am. I didn’t censor my lyrics to say, ‘Man, if I say this, I’m not going to be invited to the White House again. I won’t be accepted by these people.’ I just really tried my best to stay true to who I was, and it really came out on this album.”

Sucka Free Head Accused of Coke Dealing

Sucka Free Records head Duane “Hump” Hobbs has been accused of taking part in a drug distribution network; helping to sell hundreds of kilos of cocaine. Sucka Free was home to popular early 2000s rapper Lil Flip.
Prosecutors claim that Hobbs took part in the drug distribution network while running the label. The organization was reportedly affiliated with Mexican drug cartels.
The drug ring allegedly stretched from Mexico, Houston, Chicago and Mississippi and into several other states and cities. An informant says he personally delivered cocaine to Hobbs numerous times.
The organization’s operated from 1995 until as recently as 2010. Hobbs has no criminal record, but could face 10 years to life in federal prison without parole.

Tyler Discusses His Creativity

Odd Future frontman Tyler, the Creator discussed his book of photography, Golf Wang, and explained how visuals and music are correlated facets of his career.
"I’ve been taking pictures since I was 15," he said. "I f**king just thought it would be cool to just put the photos up. All the photos in the book, like 80% of them are before, like, we were even famous, or we were even big. Most of those are old, some of them have never even been on the Internet. The photos of Earl in there, them sh*ts are old as f**k. And then part two will probably be 2011 and part three will be [the future]."
Tyler says he doesn't feel the need to choose between his many creative outlets.
"I can’t choose anymore," he stated. "When people ask whether I like making the video to a song or making a song to the video that’s in my head, I don’t know, I can’t choose between either one because they go hand-in-hand. They need each other."
He also revealed that he views the Odd Future collective as a punk band; and he would rather be compared to rockers than rappers.
"I’m in a punk band. It’s called Odd Future. But I really wanna be in a [rock] band. Rock bands are way cooler than rappers, in general," he added. "When people make end of the year lists, I wanna be near Trash Talk and The Strokes or some sh*t instead of f**king rappers that’s up-and-coming. I hate that sh*t. That sh*t sucks."

Young Vito Turns Himself In

Rapper Young Vito turned himself in to police today (December 26) for his suspected role in the shooting death of fellow Atlanta rapper Slim Dunkin, born Mario Hamilton, after an argument on December 16th. The altercation reportedly stemmed from an argument over a piece of candy.
Vito, born Vincent Hardimon, surrendered to police around 3 p.m.
“We got a call from Mr. Hardimon’s attorney. They wanted to turn themselves in to me personally,” said Detective David Quinn.
“We did get some cooperation from witnesses but we’re still urging the public, whoever was at 1074 Memorial Drive on Dec. 16, to give us a call,” Quinn said.
WSB in Atlanta reports that Hardimon was free on bond, following a previous arrest for pulling a weapon on two women in April.

Magic Johnson Teaming With Rappers

Entrepreneur and NBA legend Earvin "Magic" Johnson wants to create a coalition with prominent rappers, athletes and other entertainers to address homophobia and HIV/AIDS within the Hip-Hop community. Johnson wants the initiative to address misinformation and stereotypes regarding the disease.
“What we’re trying to do is reach out to the Hip-Hop community because they have power — power with their voice, power with that mic in their hand and power with the lyrics that they sing,” Magic told The Huffington Post.
Johnson says that several stars have already pledged their support, but refrained from naming names too early in the development stages.
“We’re going to come out next year with everybody and we’ll have a nice big press conference and what we’re going to do, what our plan is, because it’s so important that we rally — not just them, either,” Magic said. “I need the Hip-Hop community but I also need the basketball players and football players. We need a little bit of everybody, so that’s what we’re working on now.”

Rick Ross' Neurologist Visit

Rapper Rick Ross has been forced to become more cognizant of his health following the two seizures he suffered back in October. In a recent interview with the Source Magazine, Ross revealed that he had to visit a specialist to determine exactly what was happening with his health.
The superstar suffered a near-fatal experience, but the incident made him aware of how his habits were detrimental to his body.
"I went and seen an actual neurologist to tell me what was really going on. My condition was basically extreme exhaustion," Ross says. "It was a real eye-opener for me."
Since the incident, Ross has scaled back his workload and there have been reports that the platinum-selling rapper travels with an emergency kit.

Lil Kim Releasing New Music?

Lil Kim is still on the comeback trail. The veteran femcee released a promo photo and claims a new EP will be released before the end of the year.
What does releasing a photo have to do with releasing new music? Not a whole lot. But, hey, she's at least keeping her name out there.
Sort of.
"I'm Coming!!!!!!!!!" tweeted Kim.

Bizarre Obsessed With Nicki Minaj

D12 member Bizarre has an obsession with a certain full-bodied Young Money starlet. Bizarre appeared in a clip professing his love for Nicki Minaj--professing his love for her and getting a tattoo of the superstar.
"I know y'all people heard me and Nicki Minaj, my wife, you heard the song named 'Nicki,'" Bizarre said in a video. "But I want to show Nicki how much I really, really love her. Love her. ... So check this out Nicki. I did this for you and only you. So here goes the world exclusive. This is how much I love you and I will eat your p*ssy for life. F*ck."
"Right now I'm with my man Brooklyn Payne," Bizarre continues. "He does all of my tattoos. He did my portraits. Right now, I'm going to show you my new addition. My new tattoo. Check it out. F*ck yeah! Nicki, this is how much I love you. This is your husband, Bizarre."

Janet Blasted By PETA?

Janet Jackson's glamorous Blackglama fur Times Square ad is stunning--but one organization isn't happy about the pop icon appearing in a fur ad. PETA issued a statement blasting Janet, and named her their 'Grinch of the Year' for 2011.
"When Janet Jackson had her infamous ‘wardrobe malfunction’ during the Super Bowl, at least the flesh that popped into view was her own – unlike the stolen animal skins that she drapes herself with, which are as dead as her taste in fashion (not to mention her career)," the statement reads. "Ms. Jackson, you’re just plan nasty.”
PETA's taken potshots at Janet before. You would think animals would deserve less-obnoxious 'spokespeople.'

Drake Backs Off of Common Diss?

Did Drake fire a subliminal shot at Common--only to back off from it seconds later?
It certainly looks that way.
Common confirmed last week that his fiery track "Sweet" does include some barbs at Drizzy Drake, and it seems like Drake decided to take a few jabs at Common via Twitter. The Young Money superstar's sophomore album Take Care recently crossed the platinum mark, and Drake couldn't resist rubbing his commercial success in Common's face.
"Platinum. Now THAT's Sweet!" Drake tweeted; an obvious shot at Common, who's new albumThe Dreamer/The Believer isn't projected to come close to Drake's numbers.
But, suddenly, the antagonistic tweet was gone. So much for proving to everyone how 'tough' you can be, Drake.

"Aunt Viv" Rips Will Smith

Janet Hubert has no love for Will Smith. Hubert famously starred with Smith on "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" as 'Aunt Viv' before she was fired from the show in 1993 and replaced with Daphne Maxwell-Reid. Hubert bashed Smith several times in the 90s following her acrimonious departure--and it looks like nothing has changed.
"There will never be a reunion ... as I will never do anything with an a**hole like Will Smith," Hubert said to TMZ. "He is still an egomaniac and has not grown up. This constant reunion thing will never, ever happen in my lifetime unless there is an apology, which he doesn't know the word."
Hubert said repeatedly in the past that Smith was arrogant and didn't like her because she didn't cater to him the way the rest of the show's cast did.

He was on the turntables for virtually the entire night, at the nightclub Le Baron London.
There is no release date set for West's next solo project and the G.O.O.D. compilation is expected early in 2012.

Jeezy Embraces His Female Fans

Young Jeezy has long been a trap-rap superstar, with dope boys seeming to gravitate towards his tales of slanging and his penchant for thug anthems. But the Atlanta rap star revealed that his fanbase has diversified over the years, and there are more women coming to his shows now than ever.
"The weirdest thing was, I went on stage and when I first started, my core audience was just real street n*ggas and as I went on, ladies started to come to my shows and after awhile, it was a lot of ladies pushing their way to the front because normally n*ggas would be in the front," Jeezy says. "Before I hit the stage, I look around and see ten pairs of panties on the stage."
"I'm just looking like 'Damn, I ain't do no R&B sh*t,'" he added. "I thought it was weird at first. I'm cool with it now, but the first time it happened, I thought 'Yo, what the f*ck?' I thought it was dope because that's the sh*t you see on TV, like the Five Heartbeats and all that sh*t."

Nelly Sued By American Express

Rapper Nelly is being sued by American Express for an outstanding debt that the star owes. Nelly reportedly has accumulated a $20,000 debt with the credit card company. American Express has decided to pursue legal action to collect the monies owed.
It is being reported that the company filed the suit back in October and have subsequently added an additional $3,000 in legal fees as well.
According to TMZ, a court hearing has been set of January 9th, 2012. Nelly nor his spokespeople have issued a statement regarding the lawsuit.

French Montana Show Ends In Murder

A New Jersey concert featuring Bad Boy rapper French Montana ended in tragedy this weekend when a man was stabbed to death. Police claim that Montana, who was a surprise performer, arrived at the Mirage Banquet Hall in Edison, NJ with an entourage of about 40 people. Several members of the group became agitated when they weren't allowed into the hall's VIP section.
“Everyone was enjoying themselves,” Mirage’s co-owner Shaun Mehtani told The Star-Ledger. “The trouble began when his entourage arrived.”
Mehtani says that Montana's crew incited a scuffle with patrons, which led to the party ending early. In the parking lot, fights erupted--and 21 year old Jayson Perry was stabbed to death.
Another individual was shot in the melee.
Edison and Middlesex authorities have opened an investigation into the incident.
